How Mane Alchemist Salon handles your information, and the terms that apply to appointments booked through this site.

Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to serve you: the name, email address, phone number and appointment details you provide through our booking system, or that you tell us when you email us. Extension pre-consultation questionnaires additionally collect hair history and goals you choose to share.
How it is used
Your information is used to schedule and prepare for your appointment, to answer your questions, and, only if you opt in, to send occasional salon updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers required to operate the salon, such as our booking platform.
Emailing us
There is no contact form on this site. The inquiry button on our booking page opens your own email app with our address and a subject already filled in, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself. What you write goes straight to our inbox, the same as any other email you send us. This website neither sees nor stores it.
Our mail is hosted by Google Workspace. We keep your message for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed, and you can ask us to delete it at any time using the details below. We do not sell what you tell us, and we do not use it for advertising.
The extension questionnaire
The questionnaire is no longer part of this website. When you book an extension consultation we email you a link to it, and it is hosted by Jotform, so what you enter there goes to Jotform rather than to us. Their own privacy policy covers what they do with it. Because the questionnaire is not embedded here any more, simply reading this site tells Jotform nothing about you.
Booking & payment
Appointments are booked and paid through Mangomint, our booking provider. Payment details are handled entirely by them and are never stored by Mane Alchemist Salon. Exact pricing is shown and confirmed before your appointment.
Mangomint’s booking panel opens inside this site rather than sending you elsewhere, so a small script from them loads on every page. That means Mangomint receives your IP address and may set cookies under their own privacy policy, whether or not you open the panel. Nothing you enter in it is read or stored by this website.
Cancellation policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment change. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the reserved service. Consultations are required for corrective color and extension services.
The map in our footer
Our footer embeds a Google Map so you can find the salon. Loading it means Google receives your IP address and may set cookies, in line with their own privacy policy. Nothing about that embed is read or stored by us, and the rest of the site works whether or not it loads.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you purchase through them, Mane Alchemist may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products we genuinely use and trust. We do not receive commission from HERA Goddess.
